The documentary, now being submitted to film festivals, explores one of Ventura’s most historic neighborhoods. This creative project showcases her love for historic homes and unique property marketing.
Her real estate journey began at 25, when she purchased and renovated a fixer-upper in Santa Barbara, turning a $30,000 down payment into a half-million-dollar profit. Now, as a multi-property owner, restaurant owner, and partner in three LA breweries, Toni is passionate about helping clients make smart, long-term investments.
