With over 20 years of full-time experience, I’m the #1 individual agent in the Ventura office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties for both transactions and gross commission income (2023 & 2024) and rank among the top 1.5% of real estate professionals nationwide (REAL Trends). A significant portion of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals from both clients and fellow agents—something I consider the strongest measure of trust and long-term satisfaction.
I work across Ventura, Ojai, Oxnard, Camarillo, and Santa Barbara, guiding clients who often move between markets. I understand the nuances of pricing, positioning, and buyer psychology in high-end coastal, hillside, and historic neighborhoods, and I’m comfortable navigating complex transactions where strategy, timing, and emotional intelligence make all the difference.
Real estate is often treated as transactional; my approach is the opposite. I work as a service-driven advocate and a strategic marketer, focused on helping clients get prepared, get clear, and move forward with confidence. I’m known for connecting people with trusted resources—whether that means preparing a home for market, coordinating repairs, or bringing together the right team to turn a vision into reality.
Negotiation is one of my favorite parts of the job. I enjoy uncovering what buyers and sellers truly care about and using that insight to craft smart, meaningful outcomes. I’m particularly effective in multi-offer situations, where thoughtful strategy, strong relationships, and clear communication consistently outperform pressure or posturing—allowing me to advocate strongly for my clients’ best interests.
Marketing is one of my superpowers. I think outside the box, evolve constantly, and stay on the leading edge of marketing technology—always with the goal of benefiting my clients. My listing campaigns are story-driven, distinctive, and designed to create conversation. On social media, that creativity sometimes shows up as playful, Saturday Night Live–style reels, where I step into different characters to highlight a property in a way that’s memorable and unexpected. It’s fun, yes—but it’s also intentional. In a world where so much real estate marketing looks the same, creativity, warmth, and a bit of Kiwi humor are what cut through and build real connection.
I’m a longtime resident of Hobson Heights and the creator of HobsonHeights.com, where I document and celebrate the neighborhood’s rich architectural and cultural history. In 2024, I wrote, produced, and narrated the 50-minute documentary The Legends of Hobson Heights, which premiered to sold-out audiences at the Ventura County Museum and was named a 2025 Hollywood Storytellers Film Festival semi-finalist. The screenings benefited both the Museum and local fire victims, and the documentary will soon be available to a wider audience on YouTube.
I’ve also had the privilege of marketing and selling The Gould House, a rare Henry Mather Greene–designed home and the only property in Ventura listed on the National Register of Historic Places—a project that required deep respect for history, thoughtful storytelling, and precision marketing.
My real estate journey began when I was 25 years old, purchasing and renovating a Santa Barbara fixer-upper that turned a modest down payment into a half-million-dollar return in just two years. Around that same time, I was one of the early property stagers in Montecito, which shaped how I still think about presentation, preparation, and emotional impact. I’m supported by an exceptional team, including my assistant, Annamarie, and my transaction coordinator, Miki, who help make every step of the process feel seamless and well cared for.
My brand philosophy is Create Joy. To me, that means helping people feel happy, supported, and confident in their decisions. Creating joy is what fuels my work—and it’s what stays with my clients long after the transaction is complete.
